conduct unbecoming an offioer-/Mr. 0. A. Wickliffe, attorney for said Auguetua,
filed on affidavit. withdrawing Mr. Augustus' request for trial, on account of
inability to secure alleged important witneee. Said affidavit was,reooived
and filed upon call of the roll by the following vote: Yeas, -r.., Haselip,
