At a regularmeeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Council.

Ohamber,of-the City Hall, City of Paducah. Kentucky, on Dec. 27th, 1916; upon
call of the roll the following answered their names: !Barton, Wallace and
Washington 3. .
On motion, the minutes of the previous meeting were. adopted.ae read, upon
call of the roll.by.the following vote: .Tone, Marton, Wallace and. Washington. '3.
On motion, by Member !Barton, Harry Kelley was granted tranefer-of saloon
license from 1039 to 1043 Kentucky .venue, upon call of the roll by the follow-

Ing vote: Yeas, Marton, Wallace and Washington - 3.
On motion by Member Washington, the pay roll for the Street Department for
the week ending Deoember.24th. 1916, not covered by ordinance, and paid by cash
order, amounting to 4135.60. was received and filed, upon call of the roll by'
the following vote: Yana, Marton, Wallace and Washington - 3.
On motion by Member Wallace. deeds were granted to Mrs. Addle O'Brien to
Lot 36. Block 47, South half, and Mr. D. 0. Tooker. Lot 24, Block 1, new Addition.
both in Oak Grove Camatery, - also transfer of lot 16.1n Block 47, from Fred
Roth to Mrs. 0. W. Robertson, in Oak Grove Cemetery, upon call of the roll by
the following vote: Yeas. Morton. Wallace and Washington - 3.
On motion the Board adjourned, upon call of the roll by the following
