( Chamber of the City Hall, Paduoah, L'entuoky, on Leoember 6th, 1915, upon oull of

suoh hose as absolutely neoeoeary for the Fire Department= same to be bought on
time, as will permit the purahase pride being taken oare of in the Apportionment
