At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on May 23, 1967, Mayor Wilso
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commission-
ers Johnston, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (4), Commissioner Kressenberg absent.
Mayor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for May 16, 1967
be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved
as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas. Commissioners Johnston, Paxton,
Puryear and Mayor Wilson (4).
Petition Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear that
enforce dog
ordinance the petition signed by numerous residents of the Forest Hills area requesting enforce-
ment of the city ordinance which requires dogs to either be chanied or penned, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (4).

Audit-Paduca Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that

31, 1966, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners

Sell grave Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that the

William Pryox Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to William Pryor of the
northeast corner of Lot No. 373 in Block No. 6 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove
Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to executa a deed of conveyance to
said cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the roll, Yeas, commissioners Johnston,
Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (4).

Library on May 10, 1967, requesting the City Commission of Paducah to execute and
deliver a quit -claim deed from the City of the old library site to the Board of Trustees
of Paducah Area Public Library, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll
