Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for June 25, 1968 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Commissioner McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Mundy Funeral Home of Grave No. 6 of Lot No. 268 in Block No. 6 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner McNutt, that the Audit Report of the Paducah Airport Corporation for the year ended December 31, 1967, be received and filed. Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner McNutt, that the reports of the Paducah Water Works for the month of June, 1968, be received and filed. Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner McNutt, that the following bids for a tractor for use in the Street Department, be received and filed: Vasseur Tractor & Implement Company Word Implement Co. Commissioner McNutt offered motion that a Resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) REFUSE PACKER AND TRUCK FOR USE IN THE REFUSE DIVISION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE", be adopted. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Puryear, and adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Lambert, McNutt, Puryear and Mayor Cherry (5).
