At a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4:30 P.M. on December 1, 1967,
Mayor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their

names: Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
File Agreement
Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg,
for Special
Meeting
that the executed copy of an Agreement by the Mayor and Commissioners for a
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, to be held

on December 1, 1967, at 4:30 o'clock p.m., be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and
Mayor Wilson (5).
Rescind action
Commissioner Kressenberg offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston,

appointing Board
of Equalization
that the motion adopted by this Board on November 30, 1967, appointing Nix Allbrittel
Forrest G. Horton and Robert Utterback as members of the Board of Equalization of th-
City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the year 1967, be, and the same is hereby, repealed
and rescinded. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Appoint Board of
Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that
Equalization
for 1967
Nix Allbritten, Forrest G. Horton and Anita Brown be appointed to serve as members
of the Board of Equalization of the City of Paducah, Kentucky for the year 1967; tha
the members of said Board, after first being duly sworn to faithfully discharge
the duties of their office, be directed to meet at the City Hall in Paducah, Kentuck
on the 4th day of December, 1967; to elect from themselves a chairman and a clerk;

to notify the City Auditor that they are ready to receive the assessment books and

to then proceed with the equalization of assessments of all real and personal
property within the city subject to taxation in accordance with the provisions of
i'
law; and the members of said Board are to receive for their services the amount of
compensation fixed by ordinance. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
i
Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
