At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on November 14, 1967, Mayor Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissions
Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that the
reading of the Minutes for October 24, 1967 be waived and that the Minutes of said
meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Petition - ✓ Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that the
Dogs South 8th:
petition signed by residents of South 8th Street regarding dogs in the area, be

Employ Billy Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that

Parks on the recommendation of the City Manager the following personnel changes be made:
1. Billy Moore be employed as a temporary laborer in the Parks and
Recreation Department, at a salary of $1.75 per hour, retroactive
to November 1, 1967.
