At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on October 10, 1967, Mayor
Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names;
Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that the
reading of the Minutes for September 26 and October 3, 1967 be waived, and that the
Minutes of said meetings prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and
Mayor Wilson (5).
Golf Commiss.�n Mayor Wilson made the following appointment; It appearing that the term of

Parks & Recreation Department, effective October 16, 1967, at a salary of $6.00
per session.

Parks 2. The resignation of Mrs. Lucy O'Mara as recreation specialist "A" in the
Lucy O'Mara / Parks & Recreation Department, be accepted.

B.D.Sills 3. Robert Diehl be employed as a temporary laborer in the Parks & Recreation
Robert S. I / Department, effective October 16, 1967, at a salary of $1.75 per hour.

4. The resignation of Thomas Calhoun, laborer in the Parks & Recreation
Department, be accepted, effective September 29, 1967.
5. The resignation of B. D. Sills, chief assessor in the Assessor's Office, be
accepted, effective October 15, 1967.
6. The resignation of Robert S. staples, patrolman in the Police Department, _
be accepted, effective September 28, 1967.
