At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on September 26, 1967, Mayor Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commission-
ers Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
sMayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg that the
reading of the Minutes for August 22, September 13 and September 19, 1967 be waived
and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as
written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg,

Terminate Commissioner Kressenberg offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, that

Robert Diehl p/; on recommendation of the City Manager the following personnel changes be made:
Cemetery
1. The following temporary employees in the Cemetery Division of the
Employ Don Suggs r/ Parks & Recreation Department be terminated, effective September

Specialists "A"
Parks & Rec. 2. Don Suggs be employed as playground supervisor in the Parks &
Recreation Department, at a salary of $1.35 per hour, effective
October 1, 1967.

reation Department, as Recreation Specialists "A", effective
October 1, 1967, at a salary of $6.00 per session:

providing that the hospital will provide a turnaround space in an alley to be closed
in part for hospital parking lot, be accepted, and that after recording in the
McCracken County Court Clerk's office, same be received and filed. Adopted on

KENTUCKY, PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN LAND LOCATED IN THE DOWNTOWN CIVIL
CENTER, URBAN RENEWAL AREA PROJECT, KY -R-30 AND KNOWN AS PARCEL 1, BLOCK 1, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING A MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE CONTRACT
