At a Repular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambe
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on November 29, 1966, Mayor Wilson
Presided and upon call of the Roll the followine answered to their names: Commissioner
Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Purvear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberp, that the
reading of the Minutes for November 22, 1966 be waived and that the Minutes of said

meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Charles Leneave Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that
promoted to

on the recommendation of the City Manager the following personnel change be made:
Police Dept.,
1. Patrolman Charles Leneave be promoted to sergeant in the Police Department,
effective December 1, 1966.
