At a Regular Meetinr of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on April 12, 1966, Mayor
Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the followinP answered to their names:
Commissioners Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (3), Commissioners Johnston and
Kressenberr beinP absent -(2).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that the reading
of the Minutes for March 22 and April 7, 1966 be waived, and that the Minutes of said
meetinrs prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (3).
Mayor Wilson made the following appointments: I hereby appoint the following
persons as members of the Commission on Human Rights, for a term of one year:
