At an Ad-iourned Called Meetinr of the Poard of Commissioners held in the
Commission Chaml.er of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:00 P.M. on July 9, 1965,
Yavor 'Willson presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their
Names: Commissioners Davis, Kressenherl-, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (L), Commissioner
Horrsl-v Fein- absent (1).
Commissioner Davis offered motion that airs. Tomasina P61ser be, and
she is hereh—, named, appointed and designated as the Official Reporter of the
Board of Commissioners of the Citv of Paducah, to report and transcribe the
e•fidence and proceedings at the trial of charges preferred against Everett Dunlat.
by Faul Holland, Chief of the Police Department of said City. Adopted on call
of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4).
Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenbera,
as follows: I move that the Foard of Commissioners adopt the following findings
of fact and iudrment upon charges preferred by Faul Holland, Chief of the Police
Department of the City of Paducah, against Everett Dunlap, a member of said
department.
The Board of Commissioners having heard the evidence upon charges
Preferred against the defendant, Everett Dunlap, a member of the Police Department
of the Citv of Paducah, by Paul Holland, Chief of the Police Department of said
City, and I-einr sufficiently advised, does now adiudre that said defendant is guilty
as charred, and it is now the Judrment of said Board of Commissioners that the
defendant, Everett; Dunlap be, and he is hereby, suspended without pay as a member
of said Police Department for a period of 30 days, effective immediately. Adopted
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor
Wijson (L).
