and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Davi:

Mavor Wilson offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Mc
to fe held at 1,:30 F.M. on April 6, 196r, be received and filed. Adopted on call ot.

Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, as follows
1 move that Luther Chapman he temporarily employed as a laborer in the Floodwall Depa
mens of the City of Paducah, at a salary of $1.50 per hour, retroactive to April L, 1
Such employment is temporary and no civil service rights or other riehts under
law or ordinance shall he covered by this employment. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenhere and Paver Wilson (1.).
Commissioner Hornsbv offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis that theBoaro
of Commissioners approve the sale by the Citv of Paducah to Spencer Hensley of Grave No.
1-P of Lot No. 269 in Block No. 6 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and the
the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of convevance to said cemetery grave.
