sided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners

21st, 1Q(L be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis,

Cemeter-:, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said

Forrest, Jr. be temporarily emploved as a laborer in the Refuse Division of the
--`c Works Department, at a salary of *1.57. per hour, retroactive to August 5, 196L.
Such emplovment is temporary and no civil service rights or other rights under nv
law or ordinance shall be covered by this employment. Adopted on call of the Roll,
