At a Called meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission C
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 11:00 A.M. on October 27, 1963, Mayor Ch
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commi
Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (4), Commissioner Gholson being absent
Mayor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Call
Meeting to be held at 11:00 A.M. on October 27, 1962, be received and filed. Ad
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cher
Mayor Cherry offered motion that Gray Mundy be named as a member of the Co
on Human Rights, so that such Commission as now constituted consists of the foll
members:

City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the year 1962; that the members of said board, after bei

first duly sworn to faithfully discharge the duties of their office, be directed to mee

at the City Hall in Paducah, Kentucky, on the 3rd day of December, 1962; to elect from
themselves a chairman and a clerk; to notify the City Auditor that they are ready to
receive the assessment books and to then proceed with the equalization of assessments
of all real and personal property within the city subject to taxation in accordance
with the provisions of law; and the members of said board are to receive for their
services the amount of compensation fixed by ordinance. Adopted on call of the Roll,
