At a Regular Meeting of the Board of commissioners held in the Commission
chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Krntucky', at 7:30 P.M. on January 22, 1957, Mayor
Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clark, Lally, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (4), Commissioner McBride being
absent (1).
I•;ayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for January 15, 1957
be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the city Clerk be approved
as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, Trevathan
and Mayor Jac obs (4).
?tater r� Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of James A. Platers and his �

Homewood wife, Agnes G. Platers, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the privately

Waters owned water pipe line of the Husbands Road Community Plater Company for the purpose of
furnishing water to one residence only upon a lot owned by petitioners fronting 134.2
feet on North side of Homewood Avenue in McCracken County, Kentucky; be received and
filed and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and
conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Lally, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (4).

to its stockholders the sale to the City of the real estate and improvements of
Brooks Stadium; and a copy of an amendment to the resolution; and a copy of the
minutes of the stockholder's meeting held on January 17, 1957 adopting the above
motion of the directors be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
