At a Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in Lhe Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on November 6, 1956, Mayor
Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clark, Lally, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for October 30, 1956
be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be

be granted permission to use 15th Street between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue for
the purpose of wrecking and removing houses over said street for a period of 15 days
from and after he furnishes satisfactory bond to the City to restore 15th Street
and all adjacent sidewalk, curb and gutter to the present condition and after
furnishing liability insurance protecting the City from any claim of persons for
damages to them or their property in the following amounts:
10,000 for personal injury or death to any one person
X20,000 for personal injury or death to more than one
person resulting from the same accident
;i 5,000 for damage to property in any one accident
I further move that when all of the herein requirements have been complied
with the City Manager is hereby authorized to notify the said E. I.I. Fuller to begin
