At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on April 17, 1956, Mayor
Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the copies of the notice of Called Meeting
to be held on April 17, 1956, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Qangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Letter from Commissioner Clark offered motion that the letter from Lee Powell, Chairman
Board of Ed/
Fees for of the Board of Education of the City of Paducah relative to the charge for collection

taxes of school board taxes, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
