At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on March 27, 1956, Mayor
Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
1 Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for March 20,
19 56 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Gangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5)•
Petitions etc Commissioner McBride offered motion that the letters and petitions per -

Savings Time taining to daylight saving time, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll

Sell Cemetery/ Commissioner Clark. offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve

E. Murry the sale by the City of Paducah to Carl E. Murry of the South one-half of Lot No. 13
in Block No. 5 on Brooks Avenue between Rushing Street and Holt Street in the Mausoleum
Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $120.00, and that the City Clerk be
authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery lot. Adopted on call of
the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).

Sell Cemetery;` Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve

Dunoy the sale by the City of Paducah to E. B. Dunoy.of the South one-half of Lot No. 10
in Block No. 2 and the North one-half of Lot No. 15 in Block No. 2 on the "Balk" betweel
and Rieke in the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of :320.00, and I
that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery lots!.

transporting and disposing of refuse as provided in Article VI, Section 4-A of the Refuse
Collection and Disposal Ordinance, such collection to be made from Longfellow, Morgan
and Whittier Schools.
I, therefore, move that such permit be granted to him for a period of six month'
from this fate upon payment in advance of the sum of ;)12.00 for said six-month period
