At a Regular Fleeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on larch 20, 1956, Mayor Jacobs pre-
sided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners

Clark, Gangnath, McBride and Mayor Jacobs (4), Commissioner Trevathan being absent.
Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for March 13, 1956
be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be approved
as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath,
McBride and Mayor Jacobs (4).
Water connec- Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of Marshall Nemer and Marcia
