At a Called ::octin; of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 6:30 o'clock P.bI. on February 9,
1956, Kayor Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to
their names: Co=issioners Clark, Gangnath, "McBride, Trevathan and P.:ayor Jacobs (5 .
The meeting was called for the purpose of hcarin�: charges preferred by
Lloyd C. Emery, City idanaUer, against Omar Eugene Lee a police officer of the
City of Paducah.
After hearing the evidence, Commissioner Trevathan offered the followinj,
motion: 2 move that the Board of Commissioners adopt the following and
attached findings of fact and judgment upon charges preferred by Lloyd C. Emery,
City Sana&er, against Omar Eugene Lee:
i1The Kayor and Board of Commissioners having heard the evidence
upon charges preferred against the defendant, Over Eugene Zoe,
by Lloyd C. Emery, City ?-Tanager, and being sufficiently
advised that the defendant has been guilty of violating Rules
itas. 7 and 11 of an ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on January 7, 1947, which rules read as follows:
117. Sufferin, his pay or salary to be garnisheed
three (3T time; for a just bedt for necessaries
for himself or family contracted during his
employment for the city.

1111. Any immoral, lascivious or improper
conduct not herein enumerated which would
render him an unfit or improper person for
employment in the Police Department.
nit is therefore the judgment of the Board of Commissioners that
the defendant, Omar Eugene toe, be, and he is hereby, dismissed as a
member of the police department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
