Mayor Cherry offered motion that copies of Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:30 P.ii. on June 21, 1955, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Riggs and A9ayor Cherry (4). Grave in Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve the Rushing Add to E.T.Freeman,Sr sale by the City of Paducah to E. T. Freeman, Sr. (Administrator) of Grave No. 75 Admr. in Block No. 8 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City CIrk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Bond of P.L. / Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, filet Lindley v and approve bond of P. L. Lindley in the amount of $1000.00 dated June 1st, 1955.
