presided and upon call of the Roll the following answored to their names: Commissioner
Hannin, Finites, Jacobs, Riggs and e:ayor Cherry (5).
Layor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for April 26,
1955 be waived and that the I?inutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin,
Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).

W. Keller II, of Paducah, Kentucky, relative to the construction of a six inch or large
cast iron trater main along or through property of Keiler at the eastern boundary of the
City of Paducah and North of Highways 60, 62 and 68, said main extending in an easterly
direction approximately 1,700 feet from the city limits and located in McCracken County
Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, be received and file ,
and that said contract be approved in accordance with the terms set forth therein.
