At a Regular ::ceting of the Board of Corua:issioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City lull, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.I'.. on February 15, 1955, Kayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Coraziasioners Hannin, Jacobs, Riggs and I•!ayor Cherry (4). Commissioner Hughes
being absent (1)
:`agog Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Linutes for February 8,
1955 be waived and that said minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs,

Contract Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the contract between the City of

nent =,led Paducah and Acid -Continent Petroleum Corporation for sale to the City of its requirements
of petroleum products until June 30, 1955, be received and filed. Adopted on call
of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (4).
StCommissioner Jacobs offered motion that the report of the Police Department

tioosevelt concerning the need for a street light at the intersection of Harding and Roosevelt in
6 Linco&n Heights be received and filed and that the City I•;anager be authorized to request
the Kentucky Utilities Company to install a street light at this location. adopted on
call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Riggs and Aiayor Cherry (4),
