At a Regular i•:eeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.1.1. on November 30, 1954, Mayor
Charry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5)
Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for November 23,
1954 be waived and that the Yinutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin,
Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).

Rutter St. wife, Bessie Boatwright, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the 2"

privately owned water pipe line located on Rutter Street and owned by the Schneidman
Road Slater Line Number 2, for purpose of furnishing water to one residence only upon
lot 126 in Utterback and Bell's Addition and fronting 50 feet on North side of Rutter
Street in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the Corporate Limits of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned for therein
be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of
the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).
Liability /, Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: I move that the Board of

the city with respect to work done by Brady & Robert Thomasson, d/b/a Brady Thomasson &
Son for a period of one year from December 29, 1954.
Liability insurance policy issued by the Fidelity & Casualty Company protecting
the City with respect to work done by W. H. Yancy for a period of one year from
December 20, 1954. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes,
Jacobs, Riggs and i•Iayor Cherry (5).
Settle claim Commissioner Hughes offered motion that the claim of H & 1.1 Motors against the C
H & 1•iotors
Leo Jones in the amount of :;;$.90 for damage done to the vehicle of Leo Jones on or about May 21,

1954 by a police car of the City, be allowed, and that the City Treasurer be, and he
is hereby, directed to issue a check of the City in said amount to H & 1.1 Motors after
securir,;; a full and complete release. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commission-

Return Check Cor•sis3ioner Jacobs offered the following motion: WHEREAS, on November 17,

Tax Exonera-Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that exonerations prepared and delivered
