Chanber of the City Iiall, Paducah, Itentucky, at 7:30 P.i•i. on October 26, 1954, Mayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the folloiri.ng answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and I•ayor Cherry (5).
layer Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for October
p 12th and 19th, 1954 be waived and that the i,.inute.s of said meeting as prepared by the
City Clark be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Fannin, HuZhes, Hacobs, Riggs and :ayor Cherry (5).
Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: .WHEREAS, the quarterly
return of license fees withheld by employers during the months of July, August and Septeabor,

Place all Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the City Manager be directed to
dirt in
streets, etc direct the Superintendent of Streets and Sowers, to cause all dirt removed by the
City from any location to be placed and deposited on streets, in hollows, on property
west of Oak Grove Cemetery, on school property and by the side and under Cross Crook
Bridge. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs,
Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).
