At an Adjourned Regular meeting of the board of Commissioners hold in the
Conarission Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:00 P.M. on Juno 29g 1950,
;'ayor Johnston presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:

Ordinance show inn Mayor Johnston offered motion that a copy of an ordinance showing by the
police offlcertr
return return of Police Captain Paul Holland on the last page thereof, that he delivered such
ordinance to Mayor Stuart Johnston at 2:30 P.Li., Commissioner George Fannin at 6;C5 P.M.
Commissioner George Thomas at 1:53 P.M., Commissioner George Jacobs at 6:00 P.T.I. and
Commissioner C. G. Sims at 2:02 P.M. om June 28, 1950, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin. Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor
Johnston (5).

dousing COMM,,' Commissioner Thomas offered motion that the City of Paducah Municipal
file report ✓
Housing Commission file at the next regular meeting of the Hoard of Commissioners a
complete financial report of all financial operations of the veterans' housing village
pursuant to paragraph 3 of the agreement under which said commission was authorized to
act as the agents of the City of Paducah In the operation of said housing project,
which paragraph 3 of said agreement is in words and figures as follows, to -wit:

"(3) That the commission will file with the city :a nager I
on or before the 15th day of each month a financial report
in itemized form showing all receipts and disbursements
during the preceding calendar month and will also filo when-
ever called upon to do so such additional financial state-
ments as may b e required."
