at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on June 22, 1950, E1ayor Johnston pro-
sded and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (5).

In which suits the city is seeking to recover ad valorem taxes against machinery at the
International Shoe Factory for the years 1939 through 1943, 1945 through 1949 and upon
an appeal now pending in the McCracken Quarterly Court from..the action of the board cf
Equalization for the year 1950 on account of assessments of said machinery for said
year, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (5).
