Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston, I'orrow and Mayor Cherry (5).
I•"ayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the P:inutes for December 22,
1953 be waived and that the i:inutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Coruni.ssioners Clark,
Jacobs, Johnston, :sorrow and I.3ayor Cherry (5).

further term of three (3) years, so that said board as now constituted shall be
