o the City ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on november 24, 1953, h•tayor Cherry
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Clark, Jacobs, Johnston, I•horrow and h•Sayor Cherry (5).
Layer Cherry offered motion that the reading of the i+iinutes for November 17,
1953 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Jacobs, Johnston, :sorrow and Mayor Cherry (5).
Petition R Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the petition signed by Mr. & i•:rs. W. R.
grade, etc.
30th St :;nitworth and others residing in the vicinity of 30th Street between Georgia Street and
G' ssissippi Street, requesting that 30th Street from Georgia Street to i•iississippi Stree
be Graded, ditched and graveled be received and referred to the City i•ianager for in-
vestigation and report as soon as possible. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
