Notices of Mayor Cherry offered motion that the Notice of Called Meeting to be held Meeting on September 15, 1953, served on Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston and Morrow, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, / Johnston and Mayor Cherry (4). Water line / Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of Dallas H. Austin and Husbands Rd wife, Mildred Austin, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the privately otmed water pipe line of the Husbands Road Community Slater Company for the purpose of furnishing crater to one residence only upon a lot owned by petitioners fronting 489 feet on the east side of Husbands Road in McCracken County, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and con- , dations in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston and Mayor Cherry (4). nater line Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the petition of George Spears, Jr and Howle St. wife, Dorothy Louise Spears, for permission to make one 3/4" connection to the privately owned water pipe line located on Howle Street for the purpose aof furnishing water to one residence only upon Lot 13 in the J. A. Thompson Sub -Division and fronting 50 feet on the east side of Howle Street in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the corporat limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Allen and Benton Rd Etzel Allen, residing on the Benton Road for authority to connect a 3/4 inch water pipe line to the privately owned pipe line located on the Benton Road for the purpose of providing water service for a filling station on the property of said petitioners, be received and filed and that the request in said petition be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston and Mayor Cherry (4). Contract Commissioner Clark offered motion that the contract between Henry A. %tter traffic Control. Equip Supply Ccnpany and the City of Paducah for traffic control equipment, be received and Petter-filed filed. ACCEPTING THE BID OF STANDARD TRANSFORMER COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,565.50 FOR Storm Sewer Proj TRANSFORMERS FOR DRAINAGE PUMP STATION #1 IN STORM SEWER PROJECT NO.
