At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the amity Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on September 15, 1953, Mayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston and Mayor Cherry (4), Commissioner Morrow absent.
Notices of Mayor Cherry offered motion that the Notice of Called Meeting to be held

on September 15, 1953, served on Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston and Morrow, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs,

Water line / Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of Dallas H. Austin and
Husbands Rd
wife, Mildred Austin, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the privately
otmed water pipe line of the Husbands Road Community Slater Company for the purpose of
furnishing crater to one residence only upon a lot owned by petitioners fronting 489 feet
on the east side of Husbands Road in McCracken County, Kentucky, be received and filed
and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and con-
, dations in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Jacobs, Johnston and Mayor Cherry (4).

wife, Dorothy Louise Spears, for permission to make one 3/4" connection to the privately
owned water pipe line located on Howle Street for the purpose aof furnishing water to
one residence only upon Lot 13 in the J. A. Thompson Sub -Division and fronting 50 feet
on the east side of Howle Street in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the corporat
limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request
petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition.

line to the privately owned pipe line located on the Benton Road for the purpose of
providing water service for a filling station on the property of said petitioners, be
received and filed and that the request in said petition be granted subject to the terms
and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Clark, Jacobs, Johnston and Mayor Cherry (4).
Contract Commissioner Clark offered motion that the contract between Henry A. %tter
