Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the petition signed by Ben L. Coker and
others, requesting necessary measures to eliminate sewer odors at the intersection of
13th and Ohio Streets in Paducah, Kentucky, be received and referred to the Director
of Public Works for investigation and report as soon as possible. Adopted on call of
the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (4).
Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that a petition signed by Airs. Maurine D. Mitchell
and other property owners on the 3200 and 3300 block of Buckner Lane and Jefferson Street
protesting the opening of an alley between Buckner Lane and Jefferson Street in Paducah,
Kentucky, in the 3200 block be received and referred to the Director of Public Works
for investigation. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs,
i-:orrow and Mayor Cherry (4).
Commissioner 14orrow offered motion that the petition signed by Mr. & I-Irs. R. J.
Humphrey and others regarding the condition of the street in the 1800 block on North
10th Street be received and referred to the Public Works Department.
He further moved that the Director make an investigation and report to this
