as approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, I therefore move that

Eula Balser for the laying of 60 feet of 6" main and that the Board of Commissioners
N of Paducah Water Works be authorized to lay a 61' main along Division Street- from Hughes
�I Street to the City Limits, a distance of approximately 260 feet.
I further move that the adoption of this resolution and the granting of the reques
contained in said application be considered as an agreement on the part of the City of
