Mayor Cherry offered motion.that the reading of the Minutes for June 23 r' and June 30th, 1953 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Street W Supply Company, Inc. fur permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the 61, privately of Estelld owned water pipe line owned by Katterjohn Concrete Products, Inc., so as to furnish water for commercial purposes to a building constructed upon a tract of land located on the south side of North 10th Street and blest of Estelle Street in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be receive and filed and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition.
