At a Regular I-Ieeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P-1-1. on blarch 10, 1953, Mayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (5).
Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the 1.;inutes for 1 -larch 3, 1953
be waived and that the Einutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs,
Johnston, Morrow and T•iayor Cherry (5).

Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of Q. E. Heflin and his

wife, Deloris Jean Heflin, for permission to make one 314 inch connection to the
Homewood Ave
privately otmed water pipe line of the Husbands Road Community Water Company for the
purpose of furnishing water to one residence only upon a lot olMad by petitioners
fronting 50 feet on the north side of Homewood Avenue in I,-IcCracken County, Kentucky,
and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and
filed ' and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and
conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Jacobs, Johnston, 1.'orrow and Mayor Cherry (5).

owned by Loren M. Jones so as to furbish water to one residence only to be constructed
upon Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block "G11 Sunset Court Addition to the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, fronting 100 feet on the west side of South 41st Street and betileen Sunset
Avenue and Court Avenue, in McCracken County Kentucky, and outside the corporate litrdt5
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned
for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted or

water to one residence only to be constructed on part of Lots 13 and 14 in Block No. 1
of the G'. 1— i-Mliken Sub -division fronting 100 feet on the south aide of said Hovekamp
Aoad and owned by petitioners in I.IcCracken County, 'entucky, and outside the corporate
limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request
petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition.
