At a P.o�jular bleeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P -M- on March 3, 1953, Mayor Cherry
presided and upon call of the Noll the follorling answered to their names: Commissioners
Clark, Jacobs, Johnston, Morron and ::ayor Cherry (5).

and 26th, 1953 bo waived and that the 1•'_inutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Cle

Petition Coy issioner Jacobs offered motion that the petition signed by Genia l•�arthrel

along 12th and others requestin„ water main extension along 12th street from Jackson street north to

Fire Hydrarb I. C. R. R. property approximately a distance of 900 feet, and also requesting a fire
hydrant in this vicinity, be received and referred to the Commissioners of slater Works
with the request that if possible some help be given the residents of this area.

Coninissioner Morrow offered motion that the Response of Austin B. Long to the
Charges preferred against him by City I<anager, Cornelius Bodine, Jr. for revocation of
his license to operate Pariniay Tourist Camp, be received and filed, and that his request
it that said hearing be waived be granted and that the license heretofore issued in the name
of Austin B. Long to do business as Parkway Tourist Camp be, and the sante is hereby

Commissioner Johnston offered motion that a Resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION

GAS ;J1INS IN CERTAIN GRASS PLOTS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS
