Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for February 10, 1953 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve Johnston, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (5). Transfer cemetery lotl Ruby B.Kniggj the transfer from Oscar L. Sanders and others to Ruby B. Knigge of a four grave space of Lot 47, West half, Block AA (8xl5 feet) in Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the /City Clerk be directed to make the proper notation on the Cemetery Register. He further moved that the Affidavit of Descent signed by Oscar L. and Henry 1-1. Sanders be received and filed. Rushing A d Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve the Cemetery Grave to sale by the City of Paducah to Lula Mae Davis of Grave No. 114 in Block No. 8 of the Lula, Mae Davis Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave.
