That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay James Marine the amount of $16,000.00, for extended spud repairs to the riverfront barge. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the other services account. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
