At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on October 30, 1951, Mayor Johnston
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Notice Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive and file

Indemnifying, Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, file

Western Ky. and approve the indemnifying Agreement executed by the Western Kentucky Gas Company, Inc.,

in lieu of 'which agreement has been executed by said Company in lieu of the bond required under the

Floodwall Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, approve
