Since it appears that all permits issued to Yancy-Moss Construction Company under
Bond ;#S 25 999 have been approved by the Street Superintendent and that all future permits
will be covered by the Ohio Casualty Company Bond #541183-8 executed by Yancy Construction
Company, I further move that the City Clerk be directed to return said bond to the Henne-
