At an Adjourned Regular fleeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commiss-
ion Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on June 1.9, 1951, Mayor
Johnston presided and upon call of the doll the following answered to their names:

Comnissioner Thomas offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive and
-1 file the contract executed by Lawrence Sanders covering his purchase of six units located

call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (4).
Permit from Payor Johnston offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive and file the
Ky Stream
Pollution Permit granted to the City of Paducah for the operation of an Outlet as defined in KRS
Control
Commission 220.580 in accordance with our application filed on May 24, 1951 in the office of the
Kentucky stream Pollution Control Commission. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
O.Commissioner Hannin, Jacobs, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (4).
Petition / Mayor Johnston offered motion that the petition signed by Marvin M. Ramage and
II 20 M.P.H.
speed on So. rothers requesting that a twenty mile speed limit be established on Fourth Street between
4th Street
Jackson and Husbands Street be received by the Board of Commissioners and that it be
referred to the City Manager.
r'He further moved that the City Manager be directed to have the matter investigated by
! the Police Department with instructions to them to furnish a report on their findings.
