At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on May 8, 1951, Mayor Pro Ten Hannin
presided in the absence of Mayor Johnston and upon call of the Roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Pro Tem Hannin (4)
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Petition / Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive and

at the above location if upon investigation it is found that said light is needed.

Bell to his property located on the wes t side of North 36th Street between Pines Road and
Minnich Avenue, outside the city limits of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and
the requests petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions con-
tained in said petition.
It is understood, however, that in granting the privileges sought in said petition
