At a Regular Veeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commicsion Chamber

at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on January 3, 1951, Idayor Johnston
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
n Fannin, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (4). Commissioner Jacobs was absent when the '
meeting was called to order.

Liability policy, Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, file
R. C. Morr ow & Co
and approve the Certificate of insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of
New York, protecting the City of Paducah with respect to work done by R. C. Morrow and
R. L. Hulsey, d.b.a. R. C. Morrow & Company for a period of one year from January 1,
1951. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yegg, Commissioners Hannin, Sims, Thomas and Mayor
Johnston (4).
Cemetery Grave✓ Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve the

issued to the Paducah Bus Company, Incorporated, said policy protecting the 1'aduoah bun
Company from liability imposed by law as result of accidents involving the operation of
its busses, the coverage afforded under said policy extendin7 from December 31, 1950,
to December 31, 1951, with a limit of 05,000 for each person injured or whose death is
caused in any one accident, :,;25,000 for the injury to or death of all persons in any
one accident, and :,5,000 for damage to property in any one accident; also the eertifica
of insurance issued by Underwriters at Lloyd's London, certificate No. 4163-R1, said
certificate extending the coverage under the policy of the Hartford Accident and Indemnilty
Company by providing excess coverage so that the total limit of liability, both under the
policy of the primary insurer and the policy of the secondary insurer shall be +!;25,000
for the injury to or death of any one person in an accident, and ,400,000 for the injur
to or death of all persons involved in any one accident. Adopted on call of the Roll,
