Proceedings of Board of Comma sinners C1ty of Peducah December 12, 1950
At a Re(,ular Y.oeting of the board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.?,!. on December 12, 1950, Nayor
Johnston presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and tlayor Johnston (5).

2iotice Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the copy of the letter which was mailed

Commissioner Sims offered motion that an ordinance entitled; "AN ORDIIIANCE
)ECLARING MADISON STREET IN THE C1W OF PADUCAH, MITUCICY, A BOULEVARD FROM THE (NEST
;INE OF SECOND STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF TWENTY-FIRST STREET, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE
[NTERSECTIONS OF FOURTH STREET, EIGHTH STREET, THIRTEE[ITH STREET AND FOUNTAIN AVENUE OR
iZVENTEENTH STREET; REC?UIRING ALL VEHICLES TO STOP BEFORE ENTERING OR CROSSING SAID
