At a Regular L:eeting of the Goard of Commissioners hold in the Commission Chamber
at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.I.I., on January 31, 1950, Mayor Johnston
presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners

Bldg. Permit Commissioner Hannin offered motion that Henry Collins, City Treasurer, be authorized

Refund to refund to Edla Dunbar :,111.00 paid by her for building permit at 2527 Park Avenue
under Receipt lie. 17458, which building permit has not been used. Adopted on call of

Opinion "' Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the opinion of the Court of Appeals in the

Appeals case of O.E.A?atson vs. City of Paducah in whioh said Court affirmed the judgment of the

case P.IcCracken Circuit Court, declaring that the City of Paducah had the legal right to levy
a license tax upon non-resident owners of automobiles who park their automobiles on the
private grounds at factories and other places of employment, be received and filed.
