Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.Y. on G'ay 27th, 1947
Mayor Seaton presided and upon call of the ;toll the following answered to their names:
Vonmissioners Friedlander, Johnston, Sims, lvilliams and G:ayor Seaton (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Co'r:missioner ::illiams offered the following motion: Yarvin Remage having
a,^plied to the City Treasurer for a refund of A.50 for building permit /6149 1s3u0d
on October 8, 1945 and extended to June 1, 1947, and it appearing that the said !;arvin
!':. Ramage does not expect to exercise the privilege conferred under said permit by

constructin, a bidlding at :;2111 Madison Street;
I therefore move that the City Treasurer be authorized to cancel said permit
and to refund the fee for same to Marvin M. Ramage. Adopted on call of the ?toll,
