Contract with,,/ Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the Eoard of Commissioncrs Chio Oil Co receive and file the Agreement entered into between the Ohio Oil Company and the City of Paducah for the purchase of the city's requirement of Asphalt for the year 194 . Talley, Colonel of the Corps of ::ngineers, with reference rumping stations to the responsibility of the City of Paducah to provide lighting facilities at the pumping stations on the floodwall, together with the City aanager's letter on the same subject, and that the City of Paducah assume the cost of the current for electric lighting at said statinn when said floodwall has been accepted by the city.
