Mnutes of tts previous meting were adopted as read. Commissioner Williams offered motion that the report of the City Manager, y L:ason✓�� ComHarrplaint dated April 22, 1947, relative to the investigation made with reference to matter Letter "'Zr. I complained about by lir. Harry Mason in his letter of 1."arch 31st, 1947, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, fees, Commissioners Friedlander, Johnston, Sims, Williams and Mayor Seaton (5). Paducah Airport) Commissioner Williams offered motion that the board of Commissioners receive 90,000.00 tentatively `� and file the copy of the letter written by Mr. Harry A. Gerard, District Airport allocated it Engineer, of the Civil Aeronautics Association, to Brady 14. Stewart, County Judge, advising that a sum up to p90,000.00 has been tentatively allocated to the city and county for development of the Paducah -McCracken County Airport provided the city and county make available a like amount of money for that purpose. Sell Lot to h Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the City of Paducah accept the offer Connor 11. Bole, of Connor M. Bolen in the amount of -„20.CO cash for a lot 40x125 feet located on the 'Nest side of 1'roodward Street, and that the Corporation Counsel prepare for introductio at the next meeting an ordinance authorizing the sale and conveyance of said lot. Donate land Commissioner Sims offered motion that the attorney for the city prepare for (18th it) to Kiwania introduction an ordinance under which the City of Paducah will donate to the Kiwanis Club Teen Town Club of Paducah Lots Nos 5 and 22 in Block Ido. 1 of the Fountain Park Addition to the Club City of Paducah, six feet off of the East side of L t 21 and Lot No. 4, and four feet off of the r''est side of Lot No. 6 and Lot No. 23 in Block No. 1 of said Addition, said ordinance t•o.provide that the deed under which the property in to be conveyed shall contain a provision that the property shall only be used as a site for a Tenn Town Club House and Recreational facilities for the members of the Tenn Town Club, and that the property shall revert to the city in the event it shall cease to to used for that purpose.
