Iater line V Commissioner Fannin offered the following motion: A.H.Dossett, owner of two ti Clark Street houses and lots located at 2433 Clark and 2437 Clark, and owner of three vacant lots, numbers 2429 Clark, 2432 Clark and 2436 Clark, files with the Mayor and Board of Commissioners a petition, representing that he is the owner of the respective property referred to in said petition, and he petitions the ',ayor and Board of Commissioners for the extension of a 611 main along Clark Street from 25th Street to 24th Street, a distance of approximately 460 feet. It appears from the endorsement by the Board of Commissioners of the Paducah ',later works that said request and petition comply with the franchise provisions and requirements. I, THEREFORE, MOVE that the petition of si.H.Dossett be received and filed and that the Paducah ^;ate' -corks, through its Board of Commissioners, be authorized to extend a 6" water main along Clark Street from 25th Street to 24th Street, a distance of approximately 460 feet, so as to provide water service to the above described property on Clark Street. I further move that the adoption of this resolution and the granting of the request contained in said petition be considered as an agreement on the part of the City of Paducah to pay the fire hydrant and water main rental, as provided in the franchise, on the pipe line and connection referred to in the petition, said rentals to begin when said water main has been laid and water provided for on said section of Clark Street from 25th Street to 24th Street, a distance of approximately 460 fact.
