Cater 'in eJ Commissioner Allen offered motion that the petition of Kathryn ;:elch Hartzog for j Ave ✓ permission and authority to connect a 1i inch copper pipe line to the four inchwater lin of the woodlawn Oakdale Community '.Vater Company on Kentucky Avenue and extend said 11 inch pipe line to a point near the property line of Kentucky Avenue and cullar I Street; thence with a two inch galvanized water pipe lino along Bullard Street to the building of this petitioner, be received and filed and that the request in said a petition be Cranted in accordance with the terms set north therein. ! It is understood, however, in rrantin^ the privileGe sought in said petition neither the City of <aducah nor if.o Commissioners of 'Y.ater works shall be obligated to buy said pipe line or any part thereof, and no such obligation shall be con- tained or be implied hereafter should the territory to be served by the water line to be laid under the authority herein requested be taken into or made a part of the City of Paducah. I'further move that the City '4anager send copies of this motion to State Repre- sentatives Charles curnley and r^^rod Morgan and to State Senator Strother i,:elton and th the :,pard of Commissioners request them to give their full aupport to this Lill.
